Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to support an engineering team working on a large-scale modernisation programme.
The BA / PO will play a central role in backlog management, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and sprint readiness, ensuring efficient delivery and removing friction for developers. This role is critical for enabling predictable delivery and supporting the progressive migration of services to modern cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for requirements clarification, backlog organisation, and story refinement.
Manage, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness.
Work directly with engineering teams (UK and offshore) to provide clear acceptance criteria, user stories, and requirement definitions.
