Job Summary As a Customer Sales Coordinator you will manage a portfolio of customers, build strong relationships, and proactively resolve issues. Providing exceptional customer service is your passion, and you relish going the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver second‑to‑none customer service, dealing with a wide range of day‑to‑day queries around orders, products and returns.
Communicate clearly and work closely with your Sales Manager.
Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Handle customer calls and emails regarding orders, delivery and general enquiries.
Process ordering, processing and fulfillment for assigned customers.
Process customer returns.
