What you'll be doing (and owning)
Produce and manage orderbooks aligned to customer needs and business targets.
Enter orders, maintain pricing, part numbers, VAS and customer data with total accuracy.
Be the go-to problem solver working with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Warehousing to keep orders moving end-to-end.
Analyse orderbooks and flag risks early, keeping customers and sales teams fully informed.
Support allocations, shipping windows, and warehouse communication so deadlines never slip.
Track KPIs like fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction and delays and help improve them.
Support with pricing queries, credits, invoices and terms.
What we’re looking for You’re organised, commercial‑minded, and genuinely care about delivering brilliant customer experiences.
Essential
Experience working with distributors.
12+ years general office experience with measurable success.
Strong Excel/MS Office skills and confidence handling data.
Nice to have
STYLEman experience (helpful but not essential).
Training and development supported from day one.
