Digital Campaign Manager

Job Description

This position requires a highly motivated person to lead the day-to-day execution activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and video for clients in the CPG sector.

Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management and buy nuances including vendor liaison, campaign setup, trafficking and maintenance.

Training/Support for Associate Negotiator in billing, reporting, trafficking and other day-to-days that arise.

Assist team in client deliverables.

Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value.

Strong digital knowledge and experience with programmatic planning and workflows.

Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations.

Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations.

Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan.

Assist in creating clients presentations that effectively communicate to our clients.

Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: CM360/DCM, IAS, Innovid.

Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation.

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science.

1+ years of media buying/planning experience.

Agency experience highly preferred.

Experience planning digital and video campaigns.

Ability to confidently speak up and present in both internal and client-facing meetings.

Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills.

Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

Must be a proactive, self-starter that is hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.

Proficient at Prisma (a must) and MBOX (nice to have).

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
