Das PTA-Wohnheim ist eine grossmehrheitlich deutschsprachige Institution für erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiven und/oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen. Unsere Institution umfasst sieben Wohngruppen, in denen die begleiteten Personen individuell entsprechend ihrem Unterstützungsbedarf begleitet werden. Wir schaffen ein Umfeld, das Ressourcen stärkt und erhält. Wir orientieren uns an der UNO-Behindertenrechtskonvention und dem internen agogischen Konzept.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Die Zentralküche bereitet aktuell 65 Mittagsmenüs von Montag bis Freitag zu und übernimmt die Verpflegung bei besonderen Anlässen. Zusätzlich werden auf Bestellung Frühstücke und einfache Abendessen für die Wohngruppen bereitgestellt.
- In der Zentralküche arbeiten täglich begleitete Personen mit. Sie integrieren diese mit Freude in den Arbeitsalltag und fördern ihre Fähigkeiten wertschätzend und individuell.
- Mit Leidenschaft bereiten Sie täglich frische, ausgewogene und liebevoll angerichtete Mahlzeiten für begleitete Personen, Mitarbeitende und Gäste zu.
- Saisonales Kochen sowie der professionelle Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ernährungsformen und Diätanforderungen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie leiten das Team der Zentralküche und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf.
- Bei Fragen rund um Ernährung und Verpflegung stehen Sie den Wohngruppen bei Bedarf beratend zur Seite.
- Sie sind für das Bestellwesen, das Prüfen der gelieferten Waren, das Visieren der Rechnungen und den Kontakt mit den Lieferanten zuständig.
- Wir planen derzeit einen Neubau. Dabei bringen Sie bei Bedarf Ihre Fachkompetenz in die Gestaltung der zukünftigen Zentralküche ein.

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Weiterbildung als Küchenchef / Küchenchefin von Vorteil
- Interesse oder Erfahrung im Bereich Diätküche von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
