Missions PrincipalesRattach(e) au Directeur Gnral, vous assurez le pilotage global du CMPR, en conciliant qualit des prises en charge, performance durable et mobilisation des quipes.
Master 2 en management des tablissements sanitaires ou mdico-sociaux (ou quivalent)
Vous tes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement, de la performance et du dveloppement du CMPR.
Exprience confirme (minimum 5 ans) en direction d'tablissement sanitaire ou mdico-social, idalement en SMR
Piloter le projet d'tablissement : dfinir et dployer la feuille de route en cohrence avec la stratgie associative et les attentes des tutelles.
Identifier les opportunits de dveloppement et conduire les projets structurants.
Manager fdrateur(trice), capable d'allier vision stratgique, exigence oprationnelle et proximit avec le terrain.
Fdrer les quipes : animer l'encadrement, dvelopper la coopration interdisciplinaire et soutenir la monte en comptences des professionnels de soins.
Leadership bienveillant, sens du dialogue et capacit accompagner le changement.
Garantir la performance et la conformit : piloter les volets budgtaires, financiers, organisationnels et rglementaires de l'tablissement.
Porter la qualit et la scurit des soins : inscrire l'tablissement dans une dmarche d'amlioration continue et prparer les chances de certification.
Dvelopper les partenariats et le rayonnement territorial : reprsenter le CMPR auprs des acteurs institutionnels, mdicaux et associatifs.

Le CMPR dispose de matriels innovants et d'un plateau neuf avec plusieurs espaces de simulation de lieu de vie.
