Content & Creative Strategist We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist, with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, oversees the full lifecycle of creation and execution, and whose storytelling skills are top-notch. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments. Develop innovative, fresh, and diverse strategies across the customer journey. Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3rd party, proprietary, etc.), social media, web, and more. Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelines. Ensure a feedback loop of campaign and content progress and success; refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency. Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors—from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control—to ensure on time, on budget work aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy. Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact. Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content. Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies. Proficiency in content creation and workflows. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
