IV.AI, a U.S. based company based in Los Angeles, is looking for a passionate, skilled and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving hard problems, values clean architecture and is eager to make an impact across the entire stack.
You’ll be in charge of the release process for one of our primary products. You’ll be working everyday on improving our code quality through QA, testing, code review and release management. You’ll also have a hand in building modern web applications using TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL, while contributing to scalable backend services and collaborating cross‑functionally to ship thoughtful, high‑quality features.
Salary range (based on experience): $110,00 - $140,000
What You’ll Do
Lead Devops and infrastructure work (we’re GCP + Terraform)
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and system design sessions
Contribute to full stack engineering (on a TS & React stack)
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, scope, and implement new features
Own key projects from technical design through implementation and deployment
Write clean, scalable and testable code with an emphasis on performance and reliability
Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional software development experience
Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools
Experience with GCP, AWS, or other cloud providers
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
A collaborative spirit and desire to work cross‑functionally
Passion for computer science fundamentals and building long‑lasting solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and BigQuery
Comfort working in a startup or fast‑moving environment
Contributions to open source or side projects
