Wer Sie sind
- Education in IT
- Understanding of Web-related technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, etc.) and IP networking
- Experience in Software & Hardware installation/configuration and support
- Excellent written English
- Experience writing technical material in English is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with data gathering and investigation platforms is a plus
- Experience working as a developer and/or in a technical support/services, or systems engineering role is a plus
Ihre Aufgaben
- Answer support tickets, diagnosis, troubleshooting for large range of digital signage products
- Contribute to product documentation and training material in English
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support to prestigious and international customers on highly innovative system integration projects
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product managers, and salespeople to improve the product's vision
