Opportunity to earn up to $85,000 or more with uncapped commissions. Base salary $40,000 with a commission plan that allows you to exceed quota.

Job Summary The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new residential customers and building relationships within the serviceable footprint. The role includes prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales; identifying and selling appropriate products and services; and executing a sales strategy to increase sales within assigned territories.
Where You Will Work Field based around the Chicago, Orland Park, Arlington Heights, Naperville, Elgin, Schaumburg, IL greater market territories.
A Day in the Life of a Direct Sales Representative, Single‑Family
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs
Sales or marketing background in telecommunications is a plus
Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
Prepare sales information for customers
Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on changes and developments within the product/service line
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
Enjoy working outdoors “on the hunt,” as 90% of work is field‑based
Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills
Positive, creative, and persuasive personality
Motivated, self‑starter comfortable with autonomous work
Detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills
Sales‑quota driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft products
Other duties as assigned
Education and Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent

Base salary: $40,000 (Illinois state range)
Commission component: Targeted commissions at full attainment $56,940 annually; potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who over‑achieve sales targets
