Author complex DAX and SQL calculations to monitor necessary business metrics while ensuring optimal performance Design, develop and deliver key data visualization reports for all critical factory operations Lead data acquisition initiatives for new data sources both internal and external to the company Work cross-functionally to drive engagement and adoption of data-driven tools Interface with key stakeholders to lead development of insights and analytics for manufacturing operations Support rollout of data agents including prompt engineering, training and end-user acceptance Develop and manage strategic Apps, creating consistent reporting and visual standards Partner closely with factory operations to prioritize and plan analytics workstreams Provide training and support to business partners where needed
skills/qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, computer science or related technical field
OR 3-5+ years relevant work experience
High Proficiency in SQL and DAX programming languages Experience creating, publishing and managing large data-driven reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI Detailed approach to ensure data integrity, accuracy and adherence to DI data standards Proficiency across Microsoft Applications (Azure, Azure DevOps, Fabric, etc) is a plus Experience leveraging other data development tools such as Visual Studio, SSMS, DAX Studio, Jira, Lucid Chart, and Tabular Editor Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively gather reporting requirements Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for data Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment
