Job Description: Job Summary:
This is a senior level position in application/system engineering.
Responsibilities include defining analog IC and power module products, developing and debugging reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training.
Essential Functions:
Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define analog IC products in DC/DC converters for CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC.
Work with customer and field application team to provide total power solution.
Develop application reference circuits and system level power management
Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
8+ years of hand-on experience in switch mode power supply hardware designs is required.
Prior experience on schematics and layout designs is required.
Self-motivated and can-do attitude is required.
Fluent communication skills in English is required.
Excellent writing and presentation skills towards customers is required.
Prior experience in defining power management IC or power modules is highly preferred.
MSEE or higher is required.
20% domestic or internal travelling is required.
