Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound activities, managing inventory, and driving operational performance aligned with company goals.

Logistics Center dedicated to semiconductors in Mesa, Arizona.

Warehouse Supervisor Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 25.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
  • Develop and execute warehouse procedures aligned with operational goals
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, layout, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage inbound (receiving, storage, inventory control, claims) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping) processes
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, productivity, and loss prevention
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
  • Supervise carrier flow and daily logistics coordination
  • Maintain equipment, assets, and warehouse organization to prevent loss
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with management on planning, procurement, and process improvements
  • Foster strong cross-functional communication and a positive work environment
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members
  • Manage employee performance and ensure policy compliance
  • Handle multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills
  • Experience improving productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Proficiency in warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and team development
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control systems
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
