1099 Commission-Based | Average $70K-$150K+ | Top Performers $200K+
Important: This is a 1099 commission-only position. There is nobase salary. Top performers thrive here - but success requires self-motivation, consistent prospecting, and comfort with door-to-door sales.

The Opportunity
This is a high-income sales role for someone who is genuinely motivated by uncapped earning potential and building their own book of business. You'll be out in the field - knocking doors, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing and insurance restoration process from inspection to project completion. Shamrock provides the brand, systems, training, and back-end operational support. You bring the hustle.

What You'll Do
Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business What We Offer Uncapped commission structure - your income is determined by your effort and results Average earnings of $70,000-$150,000+ annually; top performers earn $200,000+ Training pay opportunities up to $5,000 through bonuses and commissions during onboarding Comprehensive training program - no roofing experience required, but sales experience is a plus Strong back-end operational support so you can focus on selling, not logistics Bonus opportunities and sales competitions throughout the year Leadership and advancement opportunities for top performers Company trucks may be available during business hours for qualified drivers (21+ with approved MVR) We proudly hire Veterans What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days You've completed Shamrock's training program and closed your first independent sale You've established a consistent daily canvassing routine and built a pipeline of active prospects You understand the insurance claims process well enough to guide homeowners confidently from inspection to approval Requirements
What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation - this is the core of the role Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're representing the Shamrock brand with every homeowner interaction Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined - you set your own schedule and are accountable for your own results Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Cell phone required Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required
