Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and set appointments for sales professionals
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information and forwarding requests
Explain vehicle features and options
Maintain call center database by entering information
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Complete all Leads in compliance with set guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Minimum of 18 years of age
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
