What You'll Do
Maintain computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware.
Install and configure network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.
Update virus protection software to keep data and communications protected.
Monitor computer systems to import network performance for computer systems and networks.
Communicate networking issues to other employees management especially in training new users.
Fix software and hardware configuration issues for users on‑demand or from inspection of the systems.
What We're Looking For Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Administration, or related field; and five (5) years of work related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without supervision.
Computer Skills
Strong knowledge of various types of computer equipment and software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Oracle certification is preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
English language fluency, verbal and written.
Acceptable results of a pre‑employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
