Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will maintain data integrity across sales systems, support pipeline visibility and deal execution, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, while working in a hybrid or remote environment. Key responsibilities
Monitor and track sales initiatives, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to ensure quota achievement Own the cleanliness and accuracy of Salesforce CRM, including auditing records and building reports Act as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing, coordinating campaign execution and tracking lead attribution
Required qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/operational role Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including report building and data management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data modeling Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
