Purpose and Impact

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexible time, compensation time, and extended work week approved. Essential Responsibilities
Prepare regular and ad‑hoc performance reports to provide valuable insights. Create documents, databases, reports, and presentations to support initiatives. Provide support to the Sponsor’s business analytics stakeholders as needed. Apply AI and ML techniques to unstructured data sets, unlocking hidden patterns and insights. Utilize statistical techniques to build models using enterprise data warehouses and/or data lakes. Collaborate with a team of professionals and share knowledge to achieve exceptional outcomes. General office environment, fast‑paced with occasional extreme deadline pressures. Requires high‑degree teamwork and cooperation with staff and customers. Physical Requirements
Most work will be performed at a desk or computer. Attendance and Availability
Must work a 40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime during critical peaks. Must be available for last‑minute overtime requests when required. Other Essential Functions
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization. Maintain professional behavior, grooming and dress appropriate for the position. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Travel as needed. Pass drug test, background check, and motor‑vehicle record check. Must be a U.S. citizen. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in a strongly quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computational Linguistics). Strong background in data analysis, SQL principles, and programming languages such as Python or R. Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to devise innovative solutions. Proficiency in developing data products, including dashboards and printable reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. Clearance Required
TS/SCI with polygraph. Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum Years of Experience
Five years. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. Compensation Details
$190,000 – $205,000 annually (good‑faith estimate). Benefits Overview
