As an IT PM, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery of high value products and services to our customers. You will work directly on teams to implement and improve delivery practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: PROCESS & FLOW – Advise on process to optimize flow and expedite delivery of value by the squad(s). SCALING & DEPENDENCIES – Optimize delivery of complex initiatives by advising on scaling techniques and organizing teams around the workstream(s). RELEASE MANAGEMENT – Enable the team(s) to release with confidence and in support of a positive client experience. BUSINESS ACUMEN – Develop a clear understanding of the products/services owned by the team and ensure that work is aligned with business strategy.
