To enhance customer experience, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will oversee the project lifecycle, coordinating and managing IT projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance. Key responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations Coordinate with internal teams and external resources to monitor progress, track deliverables, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle Manage scope and change management, ensuring clear documentation and approval by relevant stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT-focused environment Understanding of IT terminology and PSA ticketing systems Knowledge of IT service delivery principles, including incident and change management CERTIFICATION: CAPM or PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred Proficiency with business collaboration tools and project management software
