Als Project Manager ben je van a tot z verantwoordelijk voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten. Hieronder alvast een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je projecten situeren zich zowel op de private markt als op de openbare markt in het uitvoeren van infrastructuur op maat van de klant, vooral met focus op
- wegenbouw, riolering, omgevingsaanleg, waterbeheer, grondverzet, leidingen en groen.
- Je beheert het gebruik van materiaal en controleert de toeleveringen.
- Je verzekert de dagelijkse opvolging van de voortgang en bezetting van de werven.
- Je maakt de vorderingsstaten van de projecten op.
- Je schenkt permanente aandacht aan kwaliteit en veiligheid.
- Je overlegt frequent met alle betrokken stakeholders en leidt wekelijks werfvergaderingen.
- Je behoudt een totaal overzicht van de projecten met de bijhorende opvolging van werfadministratie.
Als Project Manager kan je onderstaande vereisten grotendeels afvinken:
- Je hebt een opleiding burgerlijk ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur optie bouwkunde genoten of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan als project ingenieur, projectleider of project manager in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur wegenbouw.
- Je bent integer, loyaal, nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsgericht en bovenal klantgericht.
- Je bent een communicatief talent en commercieel ingesteld.
- Je bezit een natuurlijk talent voor organisatie en bent zowel een motivator als een steun voor je projectteam.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis Frans en/of Engels is een sterke meerwaarde.
