On behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm based in Dublin, we are seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to join their Projects and Construction teams across a number of practice areas.

Location: Dublin hybrid (flexibility WFH 1 day per week) Salary: up to 50k DOE Type of contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Administrative Support: Act as a core support pillar for senior stakeholders, managing busy diaries, coordinating complex travel logistics, and creating detailed itineraries.
End-to-End File & Case Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of files utilizing the firm's legal case management system, ensuring precise organization and administrative compliance.
High-calibre Document Production: Draft, format, and review legal documents with absolute accuracy and speed, collaborating with document specialists when required to meet tight deadlines.
Client Relations & Stakeholder Engagement: Greet and liaise with clients and business visitors in a highly professional manner.
Serve as an effective point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to manage and fulfill requirements.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Proactively prepare and compile necessary materials, briefings, and information for internal and external meetings.
Financial Administration: Accurately process time records, manage expense reports, and support daily administrative operations (including scanning, printing, and photocopying).
Information Security: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive firm and client data.
Requirements 3 to 5+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary; Proven track record of managing a portfolio of senior stakeholders within the legal field; Advanced MS Office skills are essential; experience with legal case management systems is highly desirable; Meticulous attention to detail with superb verbal and written communication skills; A solution-focused mindset and a positive, "can-do" approach to work, even when navigating challenging or high-pressure situations; Exceptional time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks seamlessly.
