Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with companies in Zeeland seeking experienced Quality Supervisors.

The Opportunity

We are working with companies in Zeeland that are adding Quality Supervisors to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads and mentors a team of quality technicians.
  • Develops and implements quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Oversees inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Manages and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Collaborates with production and engineering to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Prepares and presents quality performance reports to management.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS, AS9100, IATF 16949)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Experience with ERP systems and their quality modules
