The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Kalamazoo that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Supervise and train quality technicians and inspectors.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
  • Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Experience with ISO 9001 implementation or auditing

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
