Studio Coordinator / Sales & Operations Coordinator
At School of Rock, we are more than a music school — we are a performance-based community that transforms lives through music, mentorship, teamwork, and live performance. As one of the fastest-growing School of Rock locations worldwide, we are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Studio Coordinator to help lead our front-of-house operations, student experience, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is motivated by building relationships, growing enrollment, and creating an exceptional customer experience. The Studio Coordinator serves as the first impression of the school and works closely with leadership, instructors, students, and families to ensure the studio operates smoothly while helping drive new student enrollment and retention. What You’ll Do
Sales & Enrollment
Lead tours for prospective students and families with enthusiasm and professionalism Build relationships with prospective customers and confidently present School of Rock programs Follow up on leads, inquiries, and trial students via phone, text, and email Support monthly enrollment and retention goals Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, and registration Help create referral and community outreach opportunities Customer Experience
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for students, families, and guests Greet students and parents promptly and professionally Provide exceptional customer service and proactively address questions or concerns Support student retention through strong communication and relationship-building Assist in creating a positive and organized front-of-house culture Operations & Administration
Manage complex lesson and rehearsal scheduling Assist with billing, account management, attendance, and administrative reporting Handle opening and closing procedures Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Support events, performances, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships Assist the General Manager with operational and administrative projects Ensure adherence to all School of Rock safety, supervision, and code of conduct policies Leadership & Team Support
Collaborate closely with instructors, show directors, and leadership teams Support communication between staff, students, and families Help maintain a strong team culture built on accountability, positivity, and professionalism Assist with onboarding and training new front desk staff as the school grows What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, membership sales, retail management, admissions, or front desk operations Strong communication and relationship-building skills High-energy personality with a welcoming and outgoing demeanor Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Passion for music, arts education, youth development, or community-building is a major plus What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
