Overview We are seeking driven individuals who excel at taking initiative and closing sales. This role involves building strong relationships with retail partners and exceeding customer expectations by leveraging product knowledge to increase sales and strategically manage your market.

Work Location Market - GANDBBYE - TX - Katy
Pay Starting at $21 hourly; pay based on experience (location specific hourly) plus weekly and monthly contests and incentives.
Schedule Thursday to Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts)
Requirements
Personal vehicle, insurance, and a valid driver's license (required). Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and be able to travel daily to multiple stores, including occasional overnight assignments.
Ability to lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by promoting Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate retailer relationships and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Best Buy locations.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through retail partners, leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
Maximize product placement by optimizing displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Provide product expertise by educating Best Buy associates and customers about Android OS devices and the broader ecosystem.
Execute and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
Report and analyze sales data, track performance, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Highly adaptable and capable of adjusting sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
Self‑starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and set priorities with minimal supervision.
Rapid acquisition of deep product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and ability to communicate it clearly.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight assignments.
