Job Type: Regular Work. Work Location: Market – GANDBBYE – OH – Mentor. Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Pay: Starting at $23 hourly, plus weekly/monthly contests and incentives, next‑day pay on demand. Responsibilities
Effectively promote Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy locations. Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service. Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem. Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications
Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers, specifically within Best Buy retail store leadership. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. Proactive self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers. Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments – a valid Driver's License is required. Physical requirement: lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more. Benefits
