Overview We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized professional who can easily recognize talent. Responsibilities Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Recruit Top Talent: Unleash your inner hunter and actively recruit elite agents to our dynamic real estate teams. Your aim? Champion a pervasive recruiting culture, ensuring every agent is a proud ambassador, eager to bring others into the Crosstown fold Qualifications 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position 4-year college degree required Verbal and written communication skills are a must Strong organizational skills and time management skills Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards Proven Experience: Bring a solid background in recruitment or sales. Show us your track record of exceptional performance, illustrating your ability to achieve and exceed goals Communication Mastery: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
