Job Overview Pharmavite is hiring a Sr. IT Business Analyst – Business Solutions to serve as a strategic advisor who drives engagement across the organization to implement, maintain, and maximize the value of IT investments. The role reports to the Manager, IT Business Solutions. This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT. This role is not available for sponsorship, including I‑983 participation. Responsibilities Possess a solid understanding of the business functional area and processes involved. Analyze complex business problems and assess needs and opportunities that can be solved or enabled through technology. Develop new technical models that drive sound business decisions and streamline automated processes. Work as a business partner, gather data and understand associated processes to formulate strategies and objectives to deliver value‑based solutions. Apply strong project management skills and techniques that enable the team to deliver optimum results. Qualifications You’ll be most successful in this role if you have: Deep understanding of business functional processes with the ability to bridge requirements with technical solutions. Ability to engage in ideation, reimagine concepts, and define technology opportunities that drive value and efficiency. Acts as a technical consultant and trusted advisor, providing an independent perspective with confidence to challenge partners to think outside the box. Fosters partnership, collaboration, open communication, and builds strong relationships, effectively leading and working with the team on solutions that transform and add value. Skilled in process and project management with a delivery mindset, able to facilitate and lead prioritization decision‑making processes. In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have: Functional & technical domain expertise with Finance and Sourcing systems a plus. Strong requirements definition, business process analysis & facilitation skills. Systems analysis, design, testing, training, change control & implementation expertise. Proven systems support & troubleshooting experience. Experience with JD Edwards Financials and Sourcing. Strong project management and leadership skills. 7+ years of experience as an Information Technology Business Solutions Analyst involved directly with supporting the business teams. Compensation National Target Base Pay Range: $117,000.00 – $195,000.00. For candidates in California and the NewYork metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $130,000.00 – $216,000.00 to reflect cost of living and market conditions.
