Job Overview As a Senior Business Analyst at Ramaley Group, you will lead by example, using data‑driven strategies to drive transformative changes within the industry, carrying the flag of process excellence as a foundation for digital transformation. You will engage directly with high‑level client and company leaders, fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect, while guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high‑quality solutions. You must be able to work independently as some roles will be primarily client‑directed acting as a member of a client team. You will participate in developing company standards for delivery, leveraging our five critical foundations: Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile, Change Acceleration, and Facilitation. You will also have a personalized plan for increasing your own skillsets.
Responsibilities
Lead by example in bringing only smart and experienced resources to every client engagement, ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
Facilitate sessions with client leaders to ensure alignment of critical business processes prior to business requirement analysis.
Utilize data-driven insights to lead and coach the development and documentation of comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and user acceptance test scripts.
Foster a culture of proactive and responsive communication among teammates and clients to ensure effective collaboration and transparency.
Lead the identification and resolution of broken processes, implementing data-driven solutions and best practices to drive impactful change.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Support Sales Team through proposal scope development, sizing, and resource selection.
Embrace and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all client engagements and internal processes.
Up to 30% global travel may be required for this position.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated in a variety of contexts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on utilizing data to drive transformative changes.
Demonstrated competency in at least 3-4 of the five critical foundations: Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile, Change Acceleration, and Facilitation.
Deep understanding of 1-2 major ERP or Workflow systems (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday)
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in guiding and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Flexibility to work across time zones (especially EMEA).
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Occasional bending, stooping, or kneeling required.
Frequently required to talk or hear clients’ needs and wants.
