THE ROLEThe Mess Administrative Assistant assists in planning, organizing and coordinating administrative procedures for the Mess office. They balance petty cash and monies from mess dues and accounts receivable, and ensure forms with respect to membership in/out clearances are completed and processed. They type and process correspondence, perform administrative duties, as well as take reservations and collect payments for entertainment functions.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma
Experience
In office administration and records management
In basic accounting
In invoice and order processing
In organizing meetings and schedules
In drafting and distributing correspondence
In the preparation of reports
