This is an opportunity to innovate and help build, optimize, and scale our Salesforce environment. Responsibilities Manage configuration, development, and overall functionality of Salesforce across the organization. Design, build, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Support Salesforce users through daily operational needs, troubleshoot issues, answer system questions, manage access, and create or modify reports and dashboards. Ensure data integrity, security, and overall system performance; conduct regular audits, validations, and implement corrective actions. Build strong relationships across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and IT; partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and system gaps. Lead discovery efforts and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal or external systems using APIs and web services. Follow agile project management and change‑management processes for prioritizing, developing, and testing enhancements. Analyze current systems and workflows for effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize performance and user experience. Maintain and update system and technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of hands‑on Salesforce development, implementation, and integration experience. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. Experience supporting user training and driving system adoption. Ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into technical solutions. Customer‑focused mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with competing priorities. Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize independently with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to produce high‑quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and system best practices. Ability to exercise confidentiality, sound judgment, and ownership in decision‑making. Salesforce certifications (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Core values: Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation, Growth.
