Main Mission Manage, coordinate, and deliver client and internal IT projects on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze technical requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
Draft functional and technical specification documents.
Develop project plans, allocate tasks, track milestones, and manage priorities.
Organize and lead project follow‑up meetings (stand‑ups, checkpoints, steering committees).
Collaborate closely with developers (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps).
Coordinate testing, user acceptance phases, and go‑live.
Track bug fixes, technical evolutions, and version releases.
Validate deliverables with internal or external clients.
Quality Monitoring & Documentation
Define success indicators (project KPIs, technical quality, client satisfaction).
Draft progress reports and meeting minutes.
Identify roadblocks and propose quick, effective solutions.
Act as the main IT contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Support users during onboarding and initial training phases.
Collect user feedback and share with Product teams.
Contribute to a smooth, responsive, and professional project experience.
Desired Profile
Experience : 3–5 years in IT project management, within SaaS, software integration, or digital transformation environments.
Education : Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, cross‑functional leadership, and analytical ability.
Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) and collaboration platforms.
Fluency in French; technical English is a plus.
