Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their property portfolios. Your success will hinge on building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and demonstrating return on investment using proprietary analytic tools. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management – Build client relationships through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and potentially outside your office’s driving radius. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, or business intelligence/analytics. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Demonstration of commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a strong focus on customer experience. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Commercial Real Estate. Success building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
