Compensation Base salary of $30,000‑$40,000 annually plus uncapped commission allowing unlimited income potential. Responsibilities Hitting the Streets: You’ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attending local events, introducing residents to our state‑of‑the‑art fiber‑optic services. Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market. Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers. Close Sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going. Following Up: Ensure customers have had a hassle‑free process and that we have provided exceptional service. Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you’ll provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field. Travel: You could be traveling between markets. Expenses are covered and you will receive an assigned company vehicle. Travel outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of previous sales experience. Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required. Experience in residential door‑to‑door sales preferred. Skills & Abilities Outgoing and Personable: You enjoy talking to new people and can strike up a conversation with anyone. Self‑motivated: You have a strong work ethic and are driven by success. Energetic and Enthusiastic: Your positive attitude is contagious, bringing energy to every interaction. Working Conditions This is a door‑to‑door position that includes in‑office and field time throughout multiple markets. Requirements Remain upright on feet for extended periods. Move on foot up to 10 miles per day. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to work outdoors. Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license. 50% travel requirement within Colorado.
