Compensation & Benefits
Salaried position with annual discretionary bonus.
Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.
Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, management, and execution of custom for multiple concurrent large scale signage projects and architectural fabrications valued at $1m+. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the signage project, maximizing resources, and supporting departmental objectives while documenting and updating the client and relevant parties on key milestones along the way. The Senior Project Manager checks all work continuously throughout the process and ensures effective communications and relationships between clients and project team members are maintained. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for tracking and meeting established budgets. In addition, the Senior Project Manager bestows a positive and encouraging attitude to support our clients' vision and the team's involvement.
Role Responsibilities
Follow and help advise on established project management policies and proceduresWork with Sales department and client in managing the client's expectations regarding timeline and costsWork with the Estimating department to ensure consistency in cost proposals for the materials and overall costs, based on engineered drawings and specificationsThoroughly review conceptual and preliminary drawings with the work order and the client's interest before requesting production drawingsEnsure that bid documents, project scopes, production drawings, and/or any related documentation is appropriately reflected in the work orderAs necessary, explore alternate fabrication options and possible subcontracting avenuesLiaise with departments to complete work within specified time frames and keep orders within budgetReview the contract documents to verify compliance with contract termsIdentify, track, and monitor all project related variances, scope changes, or contingencies throughout the projectFacilitate collaboration and communication among departmental colleagues and project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and information flowEnsure each department is using the appropriate materials by verifying dimensions, components, and cross reference them to the work orders and the production drawingsAssist each department with quality control throughout the production processAt times, may personally manage and physically assist in the staging of completed products to their next departmental destinationVerify the project team has the necessary materials and tools to complete the project prior to their assignmentOccasionally travel to in-state and out-of-state properties and locations for work related tasks and functionsPrepare and present oral and/or written technical reports and project presentationsProvide inter-department feedback based on customer needs and market demandsProvide training and mentorship to other project managers
Qualifications
You MUST HAVE construction industry or signage industry experience. We will not consider prior experience for this senior role outside of these industries. This is not a remote role, so please do not apply unless you are local to DMV.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 93,750 USD per year (6511 Chillum)
