Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholdersManage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentationTrack and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and performanceCommunicate with clients and ensure project satisfactionLead project planning meetings and maintain documentationEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsSupport estimating, procurement, and subcontractor managementComplete closeout and turnover requirements

The Successful Applicant
The Sr. Project Manager will have:
7+ years of construction management experienceBachelor's degree in construction prefereed, but not requiredStrong organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with construction software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in the medical/healthcare construction space
