Senior Availability und Capacity Manager (w/m/d)
(in Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Freiburg, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Ulm oder Reutlingen)
- Verantwortung für die operative und prozesskonforme Umsetzung der Prozesse Availability Management und Capacity Management bei Komm.ONE und Steuerung der Prozesse anhand von KPIs
- Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der beiden Prozesse in Abstimmung mit dem Prozessowner sowie Vertretung des Prozessowners in dessen Abwesenheit oder Verhinderung
- Fachliche Führung der direkt am Prozess beteiligten Rolleninhaber
- Ansprechpartner für die Prozesse bei Audits im Rahmen der BSI- und ISO-Zertifizierung
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in den dafür vorgesehenen Tools und die Abstimmung und Ausgestaltung von Schnittstellen zu anderen ITSM-Prozessen und Tools
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums mit IT-Bezug
- Alternativ eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der operativen Durchführung eines ITSM-Prozesses, bevorzugt im Capacity und Availability Management
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich IT Service Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des ITIL-Frameworks, nachgewiesen durch eine Zertifizierung (mind. ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung)
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Entscheidungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sprachlevel für „Deutsch“ nach dem gemeinsamen europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen (GeR) mindestens Level C1
