divh2Senior Admissions Representative/h2pThe Senior Admissions Representative will interface with prospective students in support of the students decision to attend school. In addition to communicating the philosophy and features of the school and serving as an advocate for prospective students, the Senior Admissions Representative must meet the schools established quantitative minimum activity standards in an accurate, professional, compliant, and ethical manner using school-approved admissions processes and procedures and within the Admissions Code of Conduct./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliConsistently operate within and evaluate monthly activity against minimum activity standards of the Senior Admissions Representative (found in the Admissions Benchmark Policy/Monthly Activity Standard Evaluation)./liliDevelop and manage action plans in order to meet qualitative performance standards (found in the Annual Performance Review)./liliProfessionally assist prospective students through the admissions process in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, school policies and procedures, and in compliance with all accrediting standards and requirements./liliUse telephone and in-person interviews, along with text messaging and e-mail correspondence to identify student prospects and determine their educational needs, concerns and interests./liliDevelop rapport with prospective students and maintain frequent contact throughout the enrollment cycle./liliPartner with other departments including Financial Aid and Academics to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student including those interested in degree programs./liliWillingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines of multiple concurrent tasks./liliAbility to remain flexible and easily adapt to changes in work environment or schedule./liliAbility to communicate effectively and provide a positive, professional impression via phone, email, text and in-person to students and staff from diverse backgrounds./liliAbility to work and succeed individually and as part of a team in a highly structured and regulated work environment./li/ulpExperience and Education Required/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent./lili1-year experience in sales and/or customer service./liliComputer skills required. Experience with Google products (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred./liliPossesses excellent verbal communication, particularly telephonic, and good written communication skills./liliPersistence combined with a positive attitude and approach to work and others; self-motivating work style./liliMature, positive and collaborative interpersonal skills./liliPossesses the ability to effectively use applicable school systems, databases and tools./li/ulpExperience and Education Preferred/pulliAssociate degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) or internal professional development (ALPS, FLDP), or actively enrolled in college courses or 3+ years of experience in post-secondary education./lili1-2 years experience working in Admissions in post-secondary education./li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
