Driving targeted engagement with existing clients in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecom space, the full-time Enterprise Sales Development Representative will educate customers about additional products, identify service gaps, and facilitate smooth transitions to the sales team in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase product adoption among existing customers Identify and analyze service gaps, engaging relevant stakeholders to lay the groundwork for future opportunities Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM), sales, or a related field Proven expertise in rapport-building campaigns that foster trust and engagement Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and Apollo is preferred Experience or familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
