Leiter/in Kundendienst (80-100%)
Deine Rolle
Du bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt im Kundendienst. Du führst dein Team, sorgst für klare Abläufe und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden genau den Service bekommen, den sie erwarten – und mehr. gesagt: Du hältst den Laden am Laufen und entwickelst ihn gleichzeitig weiter.
Was du bei uns machst
Du führst unser Kundendienstteam (3 Mitarbeitende) fachlich und personell
Du stellst sicher, dass das Tagesgeschäft effizient, strukturiert und kundenorientiert läuft
Du arbeitest operativ mit – nicht als Backup, sondern mittendrin
Du entwickelst Prozesse, Standards und die Servicequalität kontinuierlich weiter
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Logistik, Atelier, IT, QM zusammen.
Was du mitbringst
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, Weiterbildung von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Kundendienst, idealerweise bereits in einer Führungsrolle
Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig selbst mit anzupacken
Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Gute ösisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich – ohne geht’s nicht)
Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
