Functieomschrijving Als Sales Consultant IT ziet je dag er zo uit
Je adviseert nieuwe én bestaande klanten over IT-oplossingen die écht aansluiten bij hun bedrijfsnoden. Je luistert, analyseert en vertaalt technische mogelijkheden naar begrijpbare en haalbare oplossingen.
Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties uit en begeleidt het volledige traject: van eerste gesprek tot offerte en opvolging. Wat ga je concreet doen?
- Actief uitbouwen en onderhouden van een eigen klantenportefeuille
- Adviseren van bestaande én nieuwe klanten over IT oplossingen
- Analyseren van de IT omgeving en bedrijfsprocessen van klanten
- Detecteren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar concrete voorstellen
- Samenwerken met technische collega’s voor inhoudelijke afstemming
- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
- Onderhandelingen en klanttevredenheid opvolgen
- Langetermijnrelaties opbouwen op basis van vertrouwen en expertise
Dit is een inhoudelijk sterke salesrol . Daarom is IT-kennis geen nice-to-have, maar een must. Absolute vereisten
- Relevante ervaring in een IT-gerelateerde functie (sales, presales, support, consultancy…)
- Degelijke kennis van het IT-landschap (infrastructuur, cloud, security, licenties, …)
- Aantoonbaar opgebouwd via werkervaring én gevolgde IT-opleidingen
- Commerciële ingesteldheid mét technische geloofwaardigheid
- Je kan technische oplossingen helder uitleggen aan niet-technische klanten
- Vlot communiceren met zowel beslissers als IT-verantwoordelijken
- Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
- Je verkoopt geen “dozen”, maar oplossingen
- Je wil klanten écht vooruithelpen met technologie
- Je leert graag bij en volgt IT-trends actief op
- Een inhoudelijk sterke salesfunctie binnen een IT-omgeving
- Ruimte om je kennis verder uit te bouwen via opleiding en coaching
