Teamleiter Software & Laborautomation (m/w/d)

- In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des R&D-Teams für Software und Laborautomation und entwickeln die Kompetenzen im Team gezielt weiter.
- Entwicklungsprojekte definieren, priorisieren und steuern Sie in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung.
- Konzepte, Architekturen, Spezifikationen und Entwicklungsergebnisse prüfen Sie und geben diese frei.
- Mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, IT, Regulatory Affairs sowie externen Partnern arbeiten Sie eng und vertrauensvoll zusammen.
- Innovationspotenziale bewerten Sie fundiert und bringen Ihre Einschätzungen zu technischen und regulatorischen Risiken in strategische Entscheidungen ein.
- Markt- und Technologietrends in der Laborautomation behalten Sie im Blick und leiten daraus klare Handlungsfelder ab.
- Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen für Kunden und interne Zielgruppen führen Sie sicher und adressatengerecht durch.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Medizintechnik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bringen Sie mit.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Führung von R&D-Teams im regulierten Umfeld, etwa in der IVD, Medizintechnik oder Laborautomation, zeichnet Sie aus.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Software- und/oder Systementwicklung verbinden Sie mit einem guten Verständnis für automatisierte Laborprozesse.
- Im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen sind Sie sicher und wissen, wie sich diese in Entwicklungsprozesse übersetzen lassen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie ein strategischer Blick prägen Ihre Arbeitsweise.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
