Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales

to take the helm of our Sales Team at a prestigious and high-end catering company. In this key role, you will drive sales efforts and expand our presence in high-profile events such as PGA tournaments, Formula 1 races, and other elite gatherings across the nation. As the Senior Vice President, you will report directly to our Founder/CEO, who operates remotely, and lead a growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly evolving, high-caliber catering brand and make a significant impact in the luxury event and hospitality industry. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Identifying and pursuing lucrative opportunities within high-profile events, including PGA Tournaments, F1 Races, and luxury sporting and corporate gatherings. Leading the sales team while executing innovative business strategies that facilitate expansion into new markets and prestigious events. Developing and implementing a national growth strategy to broaden the company’s footprint in key markets across the U.S. Cultivating and leveraging relationships with industry leaders, event organizers, and influential stakeholders to drive new business. Managing key accounts and overseeing the execution of large-scale events to ensure our reputation for excellence is upheld. Fostering a strong organizational culture centered on excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Culture is crucial to us! Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
