Job Description

• Ensure the ongoing operation of IT at the locations and be the first point of contact for end users.
• Resolve issues directly in the Microsoft and IT infrastructure focus areas.
• Support IT on-site at the company's external locations.
• Independently implement IT projects in coordination with IT management.
• Maintain close communication with IT colleagues from the business units.
• Actively contribute to a modern cybersecurity culture.

The Successful Applicant

• Education in IT or certifications in the Microsoft environment.
• Professional experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft, networking, storage, backup.
• Initial experience in cloud computing, M365, Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous.
• Experience with VMware (ESXi) is a clear advantage.
• Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation, high quality standards.
• German native or fluent, English a plus.
• Solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, team player.
• Willingness to travel in Europe.
• Valid driver's license required.
