*Position Overview:*
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate *Nationally Registered Paramedics* to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced life support and critical care transport while maintaining professionalism and upholding our core values.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide *pre-hospital and inter-facility medical care* in emergency and non-emergency situations.
* Perform *advanced life support (ALS) procedures*, including airway management, IV therapy, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring.
* Operate and maintain *ambulance equipment and emergency medical supplies* in a state of readiness.
* Work closely with *hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers* to ensure seamless patient transfers.
* *Document patient assessments, interventions, and transport details* accurately and efficiently.
* Uphold company values by demonstrating *integrity in decision-making, excellence in patient care, and an unwavering commitment* to safety and professionalism.
*Qualifications:*
* *Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification* (required).
* *State Paramedic License* (or ability to obtain one before employment).
* *BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications* (required).
* *EVOC or equivalent emergency vehicle operation certification* (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of *EMS protocols, medical procedures, and patient care techniques*.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a *fast-paced, high-pressure environment* while maintaining composure and professionalism.
*Compensation:*
* *Pay is based on experience*—the more experience you bring, the higher your starting rate.
* *Completion of our internal Critical Care Team Program* qualifies you for the *higher end of our pay scale*, with opportunities to serve on *CCT shifts*.
