We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing a wide range of therapies to help individuals achieve their physical potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with patients across various age groups and conditions, including geriatric, pediatric, and acute care settings. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Utilize evidence-based techniques, including trigger point therapy, to help patients overcome physical limitations. - Implement a variety of therapy modalities, including orthopedic, outpatient, and inpatient care, to improve patient function and mobility. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care. - Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate records of patient care, including documentation of treatment plans and patient outcomes. - Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy and physiology knowledge to ensure the delivery of the most effective care possible. \*\*Requirements:\*\* - A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent. - Current licensure as a Physical Therapist. - Experience working in various patient care settings, including geriatric, pediatric, and acute care. - Familiarity with orthopedic and outpatient settings. - Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to providing patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
*Responsibilities:*
* Design and execute dynamic, functional rehab programs for a range of injuries
* Collaborate with chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, and patient advocates
* Use advanced tools (Neuromuscular Re-Ed, Manual Therapy, EPAT, TENS, etc.)
* Contribute to clinic development, training, and quality improvement
* Educate and inspire patients on their rehab journey

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
