The Role Blinq is looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our team of SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives while driving our Enterprise sales efforts. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales leader who can build and scale teams, drive outbound prospecting, and shape a winning sales culture. As part of our Growth team, you’ll report to the Head of Sales & Customer Success and play a pivotal role in hiring, developing, and coaching a high-performing team of 8–10 AEs. Beyond team leadership, you’ll also spearhead our Enterprise sales motion, owning relationships with C-suite and executive buyers. Your focus will be on scaling outbound, refining sales processes, and instilling a high-performance, high-efficiency culture. What You’ll Own
Build and lead a team of Account Executives, driving hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching Own enterprise sales efforts, engaging directly with C-level executives and decision-makers to win high-value deals Develop and optimise the outbound strategy, setting KPI targets, refining prospecting tactics, and coaching AEs on effective outreach Refine the sales process, improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and deal execution across all segments Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and bold decision-making within the team Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth What You’ll Bring
10+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to executive buyers, with a proven ability to engage C-suite and above-the-line decision-makers Adept at building and scaling teams, including hiring, training, and performance management Strong outbound sales leadership, with experience defining strategy, setting KPIs, and coaching reps on prospecting excellence Data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales analytics An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD On-Target Earnings (OTE): $171,000 - $230,000 USD Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential Healthcare 401k benefit 20 days PTO per year Work Environment
