The ideal candidate has deep experience with WordPress and HighLevel, understands digital marketing best practices, and can create visually appealing, functional, and conversion-focused web assets at scale.
This is a *hands-on role*—you will be responsible for actually designing, developing, and launching websites and funnels with the support of a development team.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop websites, landing pages, and funnels using *WordPress (including WooCommerce, plugins, and page builders)* and *HighLevel*.
* Customize themes, layouts, and UI/UX to create visually appealing, user-friendly designs.
* Build and integrate forms, pop-ups, and automation flows for lead generation.
* Ensure SEO best practices, proper tagging, and attribution setup (GA4, GSC, DNIs, etc.).
* Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
* Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web projects on time.
* *Partner with SEO, Content, and Paid Media* to align sitemaps, messaging, and conversion goals.
* *Own CRO details:* clear CTAs, form UX, trust signals, social proof, and persuasive page structure.
* *Optimize for speed & accessibility:* Core Web Vitals, clean code, minimal weight
* *Collaborate with developers* to ensure faithful implementation; provide redlines, asset exports, and specs.
* *QA before launch:* cross-browser/device testing, broken link checks, analytics tagging, and goal validation.
* *Measure & iterate:* review analytics/heatmaps, propose A/B tests, and improve designs based on data.
* *Document SOPs* and contribute reusable patterns the whole team can leverage.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience designing and developing websites with *WordPress* and *HighLevel*.
* Strong knowledge of *page builders, plugins, form tools, and WooCommerce*.
* Familiarity with *digital marketing best practices, CRO, landing pages, and lead gen funnels*.
* Solid understanding of *GA4, GSC, attribution tracking, and DNIs*.
* Competence in *HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript* for customizations.
* Strong eye for design and UX.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
How we work
* *Remote-first, outcomes over hours.* We care that it works and converts.

* *Cross-functional by default.* You’ll collaborate daily with content, dev, and growth teams.
Compensation & benefits
* Competitive pay (we aim *above market* for remote roles).
* *Unlimited PTO* (take it responsibly) + flexible schedule.
* Hardware & home-office stipend; learning/education budget.
* Access to our “*profits to empower people*” program tied to client outcomes and team KPIs.
* No timesheets for time’s sake—*we track outcomes*.
