Digital Content Writer/Director

Job Overview:

As the Content Director, you will be responsible for leading our content strategy and ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms. You will oversee a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and multimedia producers, to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support our marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role with a strong portfolio.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in storytelling.
• In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content management systems.
• Strategic thinking with an ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional content.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of a wide range of content types, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards for all content produced, including editing and proofreading.
• SEO and Analytics: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align content efforts with overall business objectives.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
